I've been training with mols fitness for a few weeks now. I'm 38 and the building industry and sports have taken their toll on my body. My aim is to get myself realigned and back to feeling normal again. Molly has really listened to my needs and has formulated a programme specifically for them. Hi everyone, I became lost in my normal exercise routine and the I met Molly with her training I became stronger so quickly her advice and professional manner is outstanding within 4 training lessons I noticed a difference and I will definitely keep this up and recommend Molly to anyone. So after several years of not exercising and being unhappy about my weight and fitness.I decided to ask Molly to be my trainer. I didn’t want to go to a gym and feel uncomfortable. The home gym makes me feel safe and comfortable. Molly is so organised every session is different and each one is challenging in a positive way. Molly is very encouraging and adjusts the exercises accordingly if needed in the sessions. I’ve especially enjoyed the pilates based exercises, really working my core. I am so happy I have embarked on this fitness journey with Molly. I feel in the last 10 weeks so much fitter and stronger. My clothes fit better too. Molly has given me the self belief I can be slimmer, fitter and happier. I look forward to each session. Molly is kind, professional and we always have a giggle too.
